Refund policy

You have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the date you recieve the item.

To excerise the right to cancel you must inform us in writing via email to everafterwigs@gmail.com.

To meet the cancellation deadline you must inform us of your intent to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments receive from you, including costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursment for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unneccessry handling by you.

We will make reimbursement without undue delay, and not later then -

  • 14 days after the day we recieve back from you any goods supplied, or
  • if earlier 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned he goods, or
  • if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will reimburse you using the same means of payment you use for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in ant event, you will not incur any fees as a result of reimbursement.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is in compliane with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and packaged securely.  We reserve the right to deduct monies from refunds where goods show signs of diminished value from unreasonable handling.  This includes damage from wear and tear where the item has not just been checked but shows obvious signs of use. 

To start a return, you can contact us at everafterwigs@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for return shipping costs.  Items must be returned using a tracked shipping service. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as wig commissions or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges.

RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
